Is this text to speech tool free?
Yes. To keep costs under control, each person can generate up to 3,000 characters per day, and there is a site-wide daily limit that resets every day.
Can I use the MP3 commercially?
The audio is generated by Microsoft Azure. Please check Microsoft's terms before commercial use; personal and non-commercial use is generally fine.
How much text can I convert at once?
Up to 3,000 characters per job. Split longer texts into several jobs.
Can I change the speaking speed?
Yes, from 0.5× to 2×.
Do you store my text?
No. Text is only used to synthesize speech in real time; we don't store your text or audio.
Does it support Chinese?
Yes. With “Auto”, Chinese sentences are read by a Mandarin voice and English sentences by an English voice.
